Can I Safely Use My Daily Low-dose Kratom While On Eliquis, Given My Recent Surgery, Pulmonary Embolism, COVID, And Opioid Withdrawal?

Hi I m a nervous wreck right now. Recently hospitalized for a 7mm kidney stone. Had surgery, got home from hospital, 4 days later ended up back in e.r. with severe pain. Turned out to be a pulmonary embolism in my lung. Doctors also discovered I had covid. Throughout 3 week period I was on heavy pain meds steadily including dilaudid, oxycodone, morphine. My main concern at present, especially after all the opioids, (which have left me in moderate withdrawal) is I need to return to my kratom which I have taken regularly for 2 years. I am now prescribed eliquis. For a minimum of 3 months. Can I safely return to my daily low dose kratom while on eliquis? The internet has revealed conflicting info. Please I really need help.
