Can I Sleep For 3-4 Hours After A Morning Walk?

Can i sleep for 3-4 hours after going for morning walk because i work fro night shifts. my Shifts starts at 2.30 ( I should be up by 12 to get ready and have lunch and ends at 11.30( i reach around 1.00 Am at night.. but since i do not have physical activities.. i will like to go fro morning walks. please advise
