Can I Start Hytrin Having Undergone Prostate Surgery?

I am 75 years male having undergone prostrate surgery by Dr Rajeev Sood using Swiss lazer technology. My symptoms still persist. The urgency is so acute that I ring the door bell, by the time the door is opened & I rush o toilet, a few drops leak out
& wet the underwear. In the night I have to get up 3 to 4 times.Tried various medicines including soliten (Ranbaxy), but now I have reverted back to Hytrin 2mg.Any advice
