Hii.. I m 19 years old girl, I were diagnosed from right inguinal hernia 2021, On 16 March 2022 i had an post operative surgery with mesh tapp surgery (laproscopy). It has been two months, I want to ask can I dance and streching like plank, and cart wheel.. if not so from when can I start ? After how much time I ll be Fully recovered.
