Can I Start With A New Pack Of Birth Control Or Wait For My Periods?

I ve been off birth control for a month and this last week I was supposed to get my period. I still haven t but some I took birth control to get estrogen I m not worried. I was wondering, is it safe to start a new pack of birth control, even if I didn t get a period this last week. By that I mean, could I start a new pack today that it s Sunday and I was supposed to be on my period? Or should I wait until I get an actual period on it s own before starting? Thank you!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you are off the birth control for a month now you will have to wait for your periods before starting with the next pack of birth control pills.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
