Can you still have an erection if you lose both of your testicles to cancer I had testicular cancer and lost one testicle. what are the chances of it coming back in the other and if so what kind of effects would that have sexually. would an erection and normal intercourse be possible.

Hi.. The most common testicular tumour is a benign tumour.. Considering the same in your condition, the chances of recurrence is less... However, the erectile functions are dependent on hormonal factors that are inturn dependent on the functions of testis... Having lost a testis, the hormonal effects can occasionally get reduced and erectile problems can occur.. The percentage of dysfunction cannot be predicted though.. So you may have to wait and see...
