Can I Stop Fluoxetine And Use Itopride Instead While Recovering From Gastritis And Taking Dexlansoprazole And Fluoxetine?

hi doctor i had gastritis about 2 months ago now i am recovered but i have little problems like pain in stomach and abdominal discomfort, doctor recommended me dexlansoprazole and fluoxetine for two months, but im taking itopride 50mg without reccemendation, my question is that that can i discontinue fluxotine and can i use itopride for better result.
