Can I Stop Giving My Elderly Husband Strocit After 7 Months Post-left MCA Stroke?

My 75 year-old husband had a right hemiplagia and left mca infarct in September 2020. He lost his speech. His right hand and leg are paralysed. He was advised T.Strocit plus 1-0-1 , T.Aspirin 75mg 0-1-0, T.Memantine 10mg 1-0-1 and T.Atorvas 20mg 0-0-1 Can I stop giving him Strocit now? There is not any considerable improvement even after 7 months.
