Can I Switch From Econorm To Sporocal For A Toddler With Worsening Diarrhea And Loss Of Energy?

My 2yrs old is suffering with loose watery motions since yesterday. Today Doctor said she got some infection with food and suggested to use econorm for 3days to stop motions but since evening motions got worst she went motion for 8times i used econorm too but no change. Can i use sporocal instead econorm? Which works more better? She s not eating food and don t have energy falling down on ground. need help ASAP
