Can I Take Azithromycin, Orni, Montek LC, And Asthakind DX After Receiving The Covaxin Vaccine?

Can we take following medicines after taking Covaxin. 1. Azithromycin. 2 Orni 500. 3. Montek LC. 4. Asthakind DX. As from last 3 days I am suffering from dry cough, back aches running down towards leg and mild diarrhea. Yesterday I took Covaxin. Whether after vaccine I may take those medicines. As myths have been going on that u cannot take medicine after covid 19 vaccine fir 3 days.
