Can I Take Becosule Or Revital For Energy, And What Can I Take For Weak, Noisy Knees Possibly Due To Fluid Deficiency?

Hi, I am 45 years old and due to work routine sometimes i feel drained out and body does not remain with full of energy. Can I take Becosule Capsules or Should i Take revital. I also have weaker knees owing to may be fluid deficiency there, so it does noise. What Can I take for that. Please advise.
