Can I Take Concor And Losartan Together In The Morning And The Second Half Of Losartan At Night Instead Of Splitting Doses During The Day?

Hi i am on 25 mgs of Losartan a day. I take half in the morning and the other half in the evening. As my heart rate is around the 100 to 110 mark my Dr put me on 5 mgs concor in the morning. I am a male 67 year old. My bp on meds is around 110\67 and pulse is now better on concor and around 70 to 90 bpm. I take the concor at 10 am the losartan at 2 pm and again at 6pm. My question is can i take concor and losartan together at 10am and the other half losartan at 10pm? Thank you in advance.
