Can I Take Cremaffin Plus In The Afternoon For Severe Constipation While On Azithromycin, Cetirizine, Dolo, Zincovit, And Vitamin C?

Hi I tested covid positive and is under azithromycin cetrizine dolo,zincovite and vitamin c medication And I am having severe constipation for past three days unable to pass motion so can I take creamafin plus for constipation in the afternoon
