Can I Take Dolo For Fever And Headache While Taking Krimson For Irregular Periods?

Namaste doctor , I m using krimson 35 tablets for my irregular periods and PCOD but I m suffering from fewer and severe headache . So can I use dolo 650 and krimson 35 tablets at a time to cure fewer and headache. Please doctor excepting a prompt response.thank you
