Can I Take Imodium For Diarrhea Caused By 10 Days Of Diclofenac Use, Along With Nausea And Stomach Pain?

I have been taking diclofenac sodium EC 50 MG tablets for a lower back injury for about 10 days now and today I started experiencing diarrhea, nausea and stomach pains. Can I take Imodium to help stop the diarrhea. I will stop taking it and call my doctor tomorrow.
