Can I Take Levothyroxine At Bedtime After An Evening Meal, And Would My Stomach Be Empty Enough For Proper Absorption?

I take levothyroxine 100 mcd. once daily. The directions want it to be taken before breakfast . The advice also warns not to take calcium , iron, or antacids for four hours after taking the medication. I drink a high protein drink for breakfast most days and the drink contains calcium and iron. Can I take the dose at bedtime if I consume my evening meal prior to 7 pm will my meal be digested enough to be considered an empty stomach?
