Can I Take Metrogyl With One Kidney?

I have one kidney and my doctor always advices when I take medicine (specially pain killers) I shold have extra care. Now I take Metrogyl 400 three times a day due to my toothache.I take Losaten and Simwas as well. Please tell it is advicable to take Metrogyl 400
