Can I Take Neurobion Supplement For Nerve Pain On The Arm?

I get pain in my right arm because there is some pressure because the third and fourth vertebras show some shifting. I take Levothroxin for thyroid , Diovan for blood pressure and Januvia for Diabetes. Some body suggested for me to take Neurobion supplement and Neuro Gablin (pre gablin). Is it OK to take these and how do they help in the pain from pressure on the nerve.
