Hello,

First, you need to confirm pregnancy by symptoms such as absent menstrual cycle ( After that you have to perform Urine analysis for HCG or Blood HCG ) . If the test is negative , repeat after 3 days. For abortion, you need to consult your gynecologist to prescribe misoprostol or other drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
