Can I Take Oxyelite Pro Tablets While Suffering From High BP?

I just got my Oxyelite Pro pills, I have a lot of weight to lose; However it says that if you have High Blood pressure to consult a doctor. I don't know the numbers, but I take blood pressure pills. Would taking this pill and my Blood Pressure pill be ok?
