Can I Take Primolut N For Delayed Periods?

LI am 48..Had myomectomy last year..From 3 months I am not having periods. I am also getting hot flushes. Can I take primoult-n for having periods..I also took it before operation. .I am also hypertensive..I took 3 tablets for 5 days. Can I reduce the dose to 1 or 2 per day?
