Can I Take A Break From Taking Microgynon Before I Start Taking Rigevidon?

Hello, I have just been prescribed Rigevidon contraceptive when I have normally had Microgynon.
I understand they have exactly the same active ingredients. However, can I still take a 7 day break then start the Rigevidon or do I need to take it back to back when I finish my last Microgynon?

Hormonal medicines are prescribed according to cycle. I advise you to consult your gynaecologist to discuss this who will calculate the days and advise you accordingly.
