Can I Take Antibiotics For Bacterial Vaginosis Infection ?

Hi I'm 22 female and I have a bacterial vaginosis infection can I take 500 mg of antibiotics every 4 hours ? And I don't have any medical history. And I have all the symptoms of bacterial vaginosis. I also took a STD test came back neg

Bacterial vaginosis, do you have discharge as well? Because if there is discharge then it is sure shot of infection. 500mg antibiotics I really donno about that. And I feel that the frequency of intake shall differ depending upon which antibiotic you are taking.
