Can I Take Aspirin Tablet To Lower My Bleeding ?

I am 23 and my periods are pretty regular. My period usually lasts 5-6 days. I have a party comming this weekend and the it falls on the 5th day. Will taking asprin or exercising help to shorten it? Don t mind if it is heavier the other days if it will be gone by then. The party involves swimming all day so a period will really not be fun to deal with.

Thanks for query,
Taking aspirin and exercise will worsen your condition,it will increase the bleeding.
Take rest,
Take vitamin C and tab.RCK,one tab 3 times a day.
