Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Madam,
I feel you are doing fine with your current regimen. Since only fasting blood sugar is high and your post prandial is alright i feel you will benefit by adding one more tablet at night along with your janumet. Please review with your doctor and tell him you are apprehensive of injections. Most of the doctors nowadays are quite understanding and I am sure he will be courteous enough to modify your prescription. Being afraid of daily injections is nothing wrong and your doctor would also understand that.
Wishing you well!
