Can I Take Betnesol, Erythromycin And Betamethasone For Semi-profuse Ear Discharge?

For a child of 7 years of age having semi-profuse ear discharge from 2-3 days is it safe to give betnesol tablet alongwith eryrhromycin tablet accompanied with ear drops of betamethasone.If yes then whay should be the dose of betnesol tablet & for how long the tablet can be safely given.?If not then how can the ear discharge be stopped?

HELLO AND WELCOME TO HCM.
BETNESOL TAB IS GENERALLY NOT PRESCRIBED TABLET FOR EAR DISCHARGE. INFACT IT CAN MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE. U NEED TO MEET AN ENT SPECIALIST WHO WILL DO LOCAL EXAMINATION OF UR CHILD'S EAR. IF NEEDED HE WILL DO EAR TOILETTING AND WILL PRESCRIBE MEDICINES ACCORDINGLY. TILL THEN AVOID WATER ENTERING HIS EARS.
