Can I Take Clomepure And Thyroxine While Suffering From PCOD?

Hi i am having pcod and thyroid i am taking thyrox 50 mg.I am 29yrs n married since 2 yrs. I Took clomepure for almost 8 months but no success in pregnancy but got very bad periods and infection every month. Now i am having ayurvedic tonic - Utone that helped me having natural periods with good bkeeding as i had before marriage. Now i have missed period since 7 days out which 3 to 4 days nausea n low appitite n heavy sticky discharge. I had home pregnancy test but negative. Now the discharge has stopped and felling pain in lower abdomen weakness and feversish. What should i do how will i taje things further. I want to concieve as soon as possible.

I can understand your concern but in this situation i would suggest not to try to conceive. First you have to treat the infection properly and only when it is verified that the infection is gone you can try to conceive.
You have to check the thyroid hormonal level in order to be sure that the levothyroxine dose is the right one. The TSH level should be under 2.5 in order to get pregnant.
Being diagnosed with PCOS complicates a bit the situation, because it causes irregular and anovulatory cycles. You didn't mention your weight and BMI but it is very important to loose weight (if you are overweight) and to have a regular menstrual cycle in order to get pregnant.
