Can I Take Deplatt And Tonact After Undergoing Bypass Surgery?

Sir, I am Ashok Kumar, i hv been sufferring from Gastric problem from past 6 years, i hv undergone bypass surgery and taking Tablets, Seloken XL-25, Deplatt-75, Tonact-TG daily one each and every morning Pan 40. But always I use to get upper back (muscles) pain, Filling more gas in the stomach in evening time after return from office. If i am quite o.k for one week then another week i will not be o.k. Bad breathing. Morning my stomach is flat but evening it will come front. If I eat spicy and masala the affect will be more with flux. Even if i control food, the problem will be repeating. So i can t live with happy mood.

I really appreciate your concern, as the history given here this is suggestive of acid reflux disease and this could be best treated with the following medicine and if I would be treating physician of yours then I would definitely treat you with the same medicine given below, 1) Tab Omeprazole 4o mg once in day, Tab Domperidone once in day at evening time for six week, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
