Hello,
I do not understand why your doctor asked for intake of Duphaston if a chemical pregnancy was the diagnosis. If you had a threatened abortion which needed hormone intake, this treatment is justified. There is no extra benefit in taking Duphaston if there is no viable pregnancy. In such a situation, it is better to induce a period and plan further management after healing. If you have irregular cycles, you need further investigation to help plan further management for correction. Hope this helps.
