Can I Take Epitril For Quick Sleep?
I am having my exams after 20 days mbbs final prof..nd I take ritalin as I was diagnosed with adhd.. But my sleep cycke is always disturbed timings are not usual So can I take epitril md .5 mg to sleep quick or can u suggest any alternative..I have problem feeling asleep. Please make sure you don't take ritalin after 4.30 PM. Yes, you can take epitril MD 0.5 mg . Please observe the principles of sleep hygiene you can find on net. Alternative could be Ramalteon 8 mg at night
