Can I Take Fexofenadine For Itching In Head, Face And Nose Due To Bites?

Hi, I have had terrible itching in my head, face nose has been bad, on body as well It feels like something is biting me, but cant see anything . I have been bitten by midgies week or so ago, bad bite by mosquito on my head sunday Went to chemist yesterday afternoon, was given Fexofenadine 180mg. Itdid help last night, but itching back today Thank you Margaret O Neill
