Can I Take Minoxidil 10mg Twice A Day For Male Pattern Baldness?

I have been diagnosed by a doctor with male pattern baldness and advised to take minoxidil 5% twice a day . I continued for a month and discontinued due to my project. Again i have started to continue 10% minoxidil twice in a day . is this right with me for taking 10 mg for twice a day.

Hi. Welcome to healthcaremagic.

It is absolutely normal and advisable to use 10% minoxidil twice daily.

You should use it at least 8 hours apart after thoroughly cleansing your scalp with a shampoo.

The quantity recommended for use is 1ml, twice daily
