Can I Take Norethisterone 5mg For Bleeding?

i have pcos and having dub about six weeks ago for about 10 days of clotting and bleeding.. then i had mild spotting. I took daflon 5mg for around ten days..there were day of no spotting or mild spotting.. Now i am bleeding again with a bit of clots.. the bIeeding is not the whole day.. sudden bouts of heavy bleeding.am planning to go snorkelling in 3 days..can i take norcolut norethisterone 5mg twice daily for ten days to stop the bleeding?
