Can I Take Paracetamol For Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Nausea?

for the past week or so i have been getting sereve headakes almost everyday, they seem to be around the front and sides of my head round my eye and nose and more at night.I also get slightly blurred vision where i cant focus on things and things seem fuzzy, nausea and a sort of headrush feeling where i feel dizzy as i stand up.The headakes are somtimes extremely painfull and somtimes mild and dont seem to ease with paracetamol or other headake products... what could this be?
