Can I Take Paracetamol For Headaches, Chest And Back Pain While Completing My 14-day Pylokit Therapy?

Hey Am 24 years . Am under a pylokit therapy treatment but have less change .Am soon completing the 14 days therapy. Am also having severe headaches and chest and back pains.kindly asking if I can add paracetamol to the dosage of the pylokit therapy treatment. Thanks
