Can I Take Placebo Pills While Taking Tri-sprintec Birth Control?

Hi. I'm am taking the tri-sprintec birth control. I'm about to start my placebo pills for this week. But I don't want to get my period this week seeing as i'm going on vacation in the middle of the week. how should i skip my period? just go to the next pack with the first week? or the 3rd week of the next week?

You can start with the first week of the next pack right away. However, it is not recommended to take pills back to back without the pill-free period frequently.
