General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Fever is not a disease but its a symptom of underlying disease. If the fever does not subside after conventional therapy with antipyretics, its advisable to thoroughly investigate to find out the cause.
I would suggest you to Consult your Pediatrician for further management, instead of blindly putting the patient empirically on treatment.

Take Care

Best Regards
