Can I Take Sprintec And Penicillin Shots Together?

Hello I'm 21 years old I've been taking sprintec for over a year now, a year and 2 months i got sick and the doctor prescribed 4 shots of penicillin 800mg i think or 800 something, one a day, does that affect my birth control a lot? i had unprotected sex i had my period Thursday the 2nd and i had sex 14 days after my periods are regular any chance of pregnancy? he didn't ejaculate inside of me.. any answer will help thanks! :D
