Can I Take The COVID Vaccine With Elevated Random Sugar Level While On Zitamet-Plus And Geemer-2?

My sugar level is 310 random now l am taking 1tablet of zitametplus and half tablet of geemer 2 before dinner can I go with vaccine of covid and now which medicines should i take and please tell me the diet chart also
