Can I Take Tylenol For Fever And Chills?

I am taking sibellium 10 mg and recita forte daily one tablet at night under doctor's supervision. I stopped taking maxgalin M 75 just day before yesterday (daily 3 capsules). Now I got fever 101 F and slight chills. Can I take tylenol for that? My age is 45, male.

surely you can take tylenol to reduce your fever.
i think you should not stop taking maxgalin without doctors note?
can i get the idea about your symptoms and signs?
