Can I Take Vitamin C For Cold And Cough, If I Have Acid Reflux?

hi I have cold and cough and also have come to know that I am suffering from acid reflex. can I still take vitamin c?
I have lost my appetite and all I do is to sleep during the day as it dawns my nose is proper congested I neither can blow out nor I can breath in properly.

HI.
Vitamin C may not / may increase your acidity problems so better to avoid till acidity is improved well.
It alone will not help cold and cough.
Blocked needs to be seen and causes diagnosed by an ENT Doctor. You may need a few investigations and a proper treatment thereupon.
