Hello,

I can understand your concern about your travel plan and cold related health issues. As per your history, it seems the symptoms of viral influenza infection, commonly called the Common Cold.

You need to take a good amount of fluids, antipyretic medication like paracetamol and a good rest. As the cold is four days old and you also do not have any of the severe symptoms associated, you can travel without any issue, provided you maintain a proper temperature in vehicle and.

Also, have a good space for proper rest. In case you feel the symptoms are getting worse and there are problems like difficulty in breathing, you need to avoid till you feel better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
