Hello,

A single negative antibody test at 3 months post-exposure is considered conclusive if no new exposures happen. You have negative HIV test report at 3 months, 9 months, and again at 13 months with different kits. At 13 months, you do not have HIV as all your tests for HIV are negative.

But since you are in tension and anxious you should definitely see a doctor to check for other medical causes of symptoms and to get peace of mind. Get a 4th gen HIV test done for final reassurance. Get it done under a local doctor for peace of mind. Since you have persistent symptoms, general health checkup done.

Get done CBC, blood sugar(F/PP), thyroid function tests, vitamin D and B12, liver and kidney function tests, etc. Also, screen for other infections/STDs: syphilis, hepatitis B/C, etc., depending on risk. Mental health or anxiety screening should also be done. You will be treated accordingly. Always go for protective sex and avoid multiple partners.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
