Can I Use Silver Sulfadiazine Cream For Temporary Relief From A Painful Anal Fissure Caused By Passing A Hard Stool?

Recently passed a tough stool and I got an anal fissure from it. Last time i waited it out with no treatment and it healed on its own. A year later and i have it again but its more intense. It hurts and burns like hell, would I be able to use silver sulfadiazine cream for some temporary relief?
