Can I Use Triamcinolone, Neosporin, Or Hydrocortisone For Redness, Peeling, And Itchiness On My Penis?

On my penis, I have some redness and what looks like white skin peeling off. It is sometimes itchy and irritating. I think it may be because of the moist climate right now.
