Can I Use Albuterol Or Clenbuterol For Muscle Problems?

I have been diagnosed with central core disease by muscle biopsy 30 years ago. My symptoms are not severe, and non-progressive. I have difficulty climbing stairs, getting out of chairs, swatting, etc. Can I use albuterol or clenbuterol to try and increase my muscle mass and strength. If so, do I need to take this in tablet form - or does a ventolin nebuliser work?
