Can I Use Chlormiphicol For Eye Infection In An Infant?

hi mi 8 months little girl had a bad cold and after she had chest infection she finish her antibiotic this last saturday but now she have like white discharge from her eyes i mean she is fine so her sister have the same thing can i use chlormiphicol for her and for how long ???

it is appears to be bacterial conjunctivitis. it is better if ofloxacin.3%is appliedtwotimes for 7 days. clean the eye with sterile gauge.
