Can I Use Hormonal IUD If I Have Focal Nodular Hyperplasia?

Can I use hormonal IUD if I have focal nodular hyperplasia? I was diagnosed years ago and I stopped oral contraceptives, the FNH decreased in size and I have been using a copper IUD. The IUD has given me a lot of trouble lately, a lot of pain and constant bleeding, so I want to find an alternative.
