Hello,
It is important to diagnose the cause of recurring congestion before advising nebulization. Get clinically examined by an ENT. Get a
blood test (IgE test) done to measure specific IgE
antibodies produced in response to allergens. You may be advised to have a nasal endoscopy done for sinusitis, polyps, or structural abnormalities. X-ray, or CT to check for sinus infections, blockages, or
chronic sinusitis.
Get a nasal culture, pulmonary function tests, and an X-ray of the chest done to detect
pneumonia,
bronchitis, or other lung-related issues that might be causing congestion. In the meantime, you can take Montek LC once daily at bedtime for relief. You will be treated with medications, therapy, or surgery if required. You will be advised nebulisation only if required.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
