Can I Use Norethistorone For Delaying Periods?

Hi, i'm going to Germany on a school trip at the end on June (28th) and I am most probably going to be on my period, I really dont want to be as mine are painful periods and there will be long coach jouneys. Iv looked on the internet and there are pills called 'norethistorone' which delays my period, I am 15 so will my GP be able to give me these pills, without my parents consent? Thankyou,
